Church Buildings

Holland Construction has vast amounts of experience in the development of Church Buildings, working with all Church denominations and as a result we have a large and successful portfolio.

Many of our projects have been nominated or received awards for the quality of workmanship including the English Martyrs Church in Biddulph (right), which achieved nominations from the 'Brick Development Association' for quality of brickwork.

Design & Build

From it's initial inception through to completion, Holland Construction can transform a clients brief from a vacant plot of land into a companies headquarters.

The project highlighted in the gallery opposite for a new Training and Office Headquarters for Parry and Associates at Whitebridge Industrial Estate in Stone was awarded a prestigious award from The Federation of Master Builders – Commercial Project of the Year for the Midlands Region. The Design and Build contract was for a high class, bespoke Facility providing office and Training facilities.

The award ceremony was hosted by T.V’s ‘Property Ladder’ Presenter Sarah Beeny at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel. We were nominated for the award by our client, Mike Parry who is highly delighted with the completed building. He said “ I was very impressed by the breadth of experience and performance of Holland Construction. Their standard of professionalism and their approachability made it so easy for me to liase with them. I always felt confident in their ability to successfully manage the project and deliver on time and would highly recommend them to anyone.”

Commercial

We have recently completed 'The Venue' at Moddershall Oaks, Nr Stone. 'The Venue' is an extension at one of Britains most exciting Spa resorts, Providing multi function space to cater for weddings and conferences.

Designed with a contemporary feel, materials of the highest quality and state of the art lighting, sound and technology features were incorporated to create one of the finest and most luxurious purpose built venues in the region. We battled against one of the worst ever winters to complete the build 'on time' for a pre-booked wedding.

Moddershall Managing Director, Phil Holland, was delighted and said:

Conservation Area Schemes

 

We have carried out a number of schemes within a Conservation area including a new Boating pavilion in Buxton Park, using natural and traditional materials to a very high specification and demanding standards.

Other schemes involve traditional Yorkstone paving to a Pedestrian area within a town centre environment involving many Health and Safety considerations and workmanship of the highest quality.
